캐시포워드를 어떻게 상환하나요?
- Click the “Explore Hotels” button on our site to search for your desired hotel or destination.
- Once you select your dates and destination, you will be redirected to make the reservation directly on the hotel’s site.
- After booking the reservation, please forward the hotel confirmation to contact@theguestbook.com and request that the stay be converted to a Cash Forward stay. When making your Cash Forward request, please let us know the email
address associated with your PayPal account so we can start the redemption process.
Please ensure that your reservation meets the below requirements prior to making your reservation. Any stays that do not meet the requirements will not be converted, and The Guestbook will not be held liable for any cancellation/modification fees or difference in rates. If you have any questions on redeeming Cash Forward, or if you want to confirm if your stay qualifies, please contact us.
CASH FORWARD RULES
- Cash Forward must be used on a stay that is at least 30 miles (50 km) away from where it was earned (can not be used at the same hotel).
- Your Cash Forward value must cover at least one night’s stay in order to be used at the desired hotel.
- You must pay the full value of your stay directly to the hotel, as if it were a normal booking.
- The value of your Cash Forward redemption will be sent to you via PayPal after your stay is completed and validated with the hotel. This is generally within 7 business days after your date of departure, but can take longer in rare cases.
